You will encounter a group of squatters (led by Del Hackett) holed up inside the Locker Rooms. Going south from both the Records and Mess Halls you can find a door and you'll be able to spot several people inside before you even open up the door. This place has some cold food on the tables, but most importantly contains a Broken Toaster, the first of many scattered throughout the game! This Broken Toaster in particular requires Toaster Repair 3 to fix, and will reward you with the Toaster Repairman's Badge (Toaster Repair +1 utility item). West of the Records Hall is the Mess Hall (dining room). Be sure to explore the Records Hall thoroughly to find loot you'll find the first of many Creepy Dolls inside a container in the northwestern corner of the room! This one is Radical Rachel and increases everyone's Explosive Damage by +5%. Note that these beasts can Poison your team members with their Poison Spine ranged attack. The Records Hall contains two hostile Razerbacks you can defeat. The entrance on the eastern side is the Records Hall. Return and going south from the main entrance you can find another hallway. You can go down the stairs on the eastern side but the door at the bottom is locked. You can loot one of the corpses and examine the rest, but there's not really much for us to do here right now. The other room in the hallway (south of the armory) is the Med Bay, which someone's been using as a morgue. You can find a Grenade Box behind the last tripwire. The tripwire closest to the entrance requires Explosives 2 to deactivate, while the second tripwire behind the Quartermaster's counter will require Explosives 4. Take care when venturing into this place this room contains two hidden tripwires that are rigged to explode if you carelessly activate them! A Perception of around 4+ is required to spot them in the first place.

Next up is the Armory, which is located behind the northeastern door from the hallway. Defeating the Rusted Slicer Dicer will reward you with the Pulse Rifle AR, likely the first of many energy weapons you acquire throughout the game! The Rusted Slicer Dicer also drops the Slicer Dicer Self-Assembler single-use deployable (Mechanics 7 required to use). Meanwhile, you can trigger an encounter with the Rusted Slicer Dicer here by repairing it with Mechanics 3. A dead body inside requires First Aid 3 to diagnose. The Garage (the 2 metal curtains on the western side) has some locked trucks and a locker that require Lockpicking 2-3 to unlock. Going north to the hallway you can find a couple of rooms.
